Key Conditions for Partners
- All partners must review and agree to the User Agreement before collaborating.
- The User Agreement can change without notice, and participation implies acceptance of updates.
- Partners confirm they are at least 18 years old.
- Partners are accountable for their login data’s safety, with no program liability for losses.
- The program may deny cooperation without providing reasons.
- Rules and terms can change; partners should consult the program’s website for the latest version.
- The program can withhold payments for CPA if certain conditions aren’t met, e.g., if brought players don’t meet quality standards.
- Partners can’t have personal accounts resulting from their own promotions. Violations result in account blocks.
- Use of cookie stuffing and certain domain zones is prohibited.
- Promotions can’t feature political figures or themes, or replicate content from other brands.
- Partners must disclose their promotional methods and materials when requested. Failure to comply can lead to partnership termination.
- For any rule violation, the program can close a partner’s account without explaining reasons or paying remaining funds.
Terms of Settlements with Partners
The Pin-Up Partners Affiliate Program has outlined specific terms for its settlements with partners:
- 3.1. All balances and reports use the US dollar as the standard currency.
- 3.2. The reporting period is bi-monthly: from the 1st to the 15th and from the 15th to the end of the month.
- 3.3. Payouts are processed in the first 3 days after a reporting period if there’s a positive balance.
- 3.4. Changes in payment details require at least 5 business days’ notice before the end of the current period, with the personal manager being informed.
- 3.5. Accurate billing information is essential in the Finance section for payment processing.
- 3.6. The delay duration in payment accrual, known as Hold, is at the affiliate program administration’s discretion.
- 3.7. Early payment isn’t available. The minimum payout from an affiliate account is $50.
- 3.8. Negative balances don’t roll over to the next month under specific conditions with administration approval.
- 3.9. Balances unclaimed for 6 months are forfeited. Accounts inactive for an additional 6 months are deleted.
- 3.10. Player metrics below 10% might trigger a switch to the RevenueShare tariff.
- 3.11. Minimum player attraction requirements exist. Failure to meet these means potential earnings nullification. Traffic quality concerns can raise player requirements to 30 active players.
The program emphasizes the importance of fair play and reserves the right to adjust conditions based on anti-fraud assessments.
Dispute Resolution Procedure
4.1. Dispute Handling:
The program doesn’t consider or compensate for lost profits or moral damages.

- Unspecified disputes in the agreement allow the company discretion in the decision-making process.
4.2. Partner Appeals and Dispute Resolution:
- Parties aim for resolution through negotiation and correspondence.
- Only written complaints sent within three days post-dispute are accepted.
- Official appeals must be in written form, emailed to the program’s services, excluding instant messenger platforms.
Appeals must include:
- Full name
- Email address
- Account number
- Date and time of the dispute
- Essence of the appeal
The program may reject applications based on:
- Non-compliance with the stated conditions.
- Use of obscene language, threats, or derogatory remarks against the program or staff.
- Threats to tarnish the program’s reputation on social media or other platforms.
- Resolution is targeted within twenty working days, contingent on receiving necessary data from the partner.
- Disagreements about partner’s account or operations rely on partner’s data for review.
- Violations of the above terms can result in the program terminating its collaboration with the partner.
- Should parties fail to agree within three months, disputes escalate to court under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Cyprus, where Pin-Up Partners is registered.
